Conditions for the Contest to WIN $ 75 back to you.

1- Contest is valid for Februrary 2009 only.

2- Only paid buyers are eligible for the contest.

3- The buyers must pay for the database before last date of the February 2009.

4- The selection of the winner will be made randomly by our computer system and not manually.

5- The final decesion of the winner will be made by us.

6- We can exclude any buyer from the contest if there will be any dispute about the database or any other between any buyer and us.

7- Every buyer must submit his/her postal address.

8- Payment of the winning amount will be made by PayPal for rest of the India. In case of Indian winner payment of the winning amount will be made by cheque. Cheque will be couriered to the buyers Postal address.

9- Name of the winner will be published at http://www.wibhav.blogspot.com on 7-March-2009.

10- Any dispute will be settaled in India Kolkata Only.
